Subscription purchases renew according to the plan selected at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.

If a trial is offered, pricing and renewal details will be shown before purchase. You are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not want to continue.

4. App store purchases
If you purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, refunds are handled by that platform under its refund rules.

If a technical issue prevents access to paid features, contact us through the app or website so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
